2. What documents do I need to present upon arrival in India?

Approximately, 12 million people. It is India's one of the largest city. top

5. How much money should I bring with me?

This depends on the length of your course. You should consider your expenses for public transportation -$100 USD per month- plus other personal expenses, which could total around $300 to 400USD per month, this estimat doesn't include your accomodation expenses. top

6. How far in advance should I book my course?

You should book your course at least 14 days before the starting date, depending on the country you are coming from. Students coming from certain countries need a visa to be able to come to India. top

7. How long before my course starts should I come to India?

In most cases, one or two days before is enough. As your course will begin on a Monday, you can arrive to Delhi the Friday or Saturday before. top

1. Where is HindiGuru located?

It is in New Delhi, capital of India. New Delhi is well connected with all over the world. top

2. How are the classrooms?

The classrooms are comfortable and are designed to seat up to 12 students. In every classroom we provide audio-visual facility for students. However, students can come with their own audio recorder inside the classroom.   top

HindiGuru's classes vary according to the program. top

2. Will the teacher be the same all day?

You will have a different teacher for every module. However, our all the teachers are well trained to take any module.   top

3. How many students are there per class?

Approximately 5 to 12, some classes have fewer students.
The maximum number of students allowed per class is 12.
This limit is strictly observed.    top

4. Does HindiGuru require a minimum number of students to open a level?

No. If it is necessary, a level can be opened with just one student.   top

About HindiGuru's Extracurricular Activities

1. What kind of activities does HindiGuru offer?

HindiGuru offers social, tourist and other activities like Guidance for shooting documentaries, short films & editing, Interaction with well known indian Hindi writers/poets through its Special Activities Department.   top

2. Are these activities supervised by HindiGuru?

Yes. Whenever you do a special activity coordinated by us, a representative of the school will be always with you. top

3. Can I join all the special activities?

Yes. All you need to do is to book the activities with enough notice and pay the corresponding fees, wherever applicable. top

4. Are these activities included in the price or I pay for my program?
Some of them are already included. Make sure you talk to the Special Activities Coordinator on your first day of class, so you know which are included and which you are required to pay for. top
